Acquisition of AirFan B.V.

Volution Group plc (“Volution” or “the Group”), a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, is pleased to announce that it has acquired AirFan B.V. (“AirFan”). AirFan is a small specialist distributor, based in the Netherlands, of primarily residential ventilation products to the Dutch heating, ventilation and air-conditioning market.

AirFan has been importing, exporting, supplying and providing technical support on fans and ventilation systems for 25 years. The comprehensive supply programme includes a full range of ventilation products from small bathroom fans to large air handling units.

The acquisition of AirFan will provide additional market access within the Dutch ventilation market and is in line with the Group’s strategy to grow by selectively acquiring value-adding businesses in existing markets and geographies across the residential ventilation market and, where appropriate, in the commercial ventilation market.

The current AirFan Managing Director, who was also the shareholder prior to acquisition, will remain with the business reporting in to the Group’s existing operations in the Netherlands.
