Subsidiary reporting

Subsidiary reporting and s172 statements 

This section of the website contains the reporting required to be made available on our website for certain subsidiaries of Volution Group plc.
 

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, subsidiaries of Volution Group plc which qualify as “large subsidiaries” are required to prepare a statement in their annual report which describes how the directors have had regard to the matters set out in section 172(1)(a) to (f) when performing their duties as a director under section 172 of the Companies Act 2006 (commonly known as a “section 172 statement”). The section 172 statement must be made available on a website.

Under the Large and Medium-sized Companies and Groups (Accounts and Reports) Regulations, qualifying subsidiaries are also required to include a statement of their corporate governance arrangements in their annual report.

The section 172 statement and statement of governance arrangements for subsidiaries required to prepare such statements are included within the annual reports. The most recently approved accounts of relevant subsidiaries are available below:
