Volution Group plc (the “Group”, LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction market, announces that Gavin Chittick, Non-Executive Director, has decided to retire from the Board and will step down with immediate effect.
Mr. Chittick joined the Group in 2012 and was appointed to the Board in May 2014, just prior to IPO, as the director representing the Group’s controlling shareholder, Windmill Holdings B.V.
